Be the only roofer
in 10,000 mailboxes.

The Neighborhood Card is a giant 9×12 postcard mailed by USPS to every home in the zone — shared by 16 Tallahassee businesses, with only one business per category. Claim yours, and your competitor can't get on.

The math

Mailing 10,000 homes alone
$4,000+
Postage $2,600 · printing & design $1,400+
Your exclusive slot on the Card
$425
Same homes. Same mailbox. Same day.

A 9×12 card is the biggest thing in the mailbox the day it lands — no envelope to open, nothing to scroll past, no ad blocker. It sits on the kitchen counter, one step from the fridge.

One per category. First paid, first locked.

Locked means locked — the moment a business claims its category, no competitor can buy onto that card. Don't see your category? Ask — if it fits the neighborhood, it fits the card.

How it works

1

Claim your category

Payment locks your slot and your exclusivity for the drop.

2

Send logo + offer

Supply your ad, or we design it for $50. You approve the proof before anything prints.

3

Leads come to you

The card drops, your QR sends neighbors to your offer, and you get your results report at day 30.

You'll know if it worked

Every ad carries its own QR code linked to your own offer page. Thirty days after the drop, you get a one-page report:

QR scans
tracked live
Page visits
to your offer
Leads
texted to you instantly

No guessing, no "brand awareness" hand-waving. If it works, you'll see it — that's why advertisers renew.

Questions

Does direct mail still work?

Households still open and sort physical mail daily — and a 9×12 card can't be skipped, blocked, or scrolled past. But you won't have to take anyone's word for it: your report shows scans, visits, and leads. If it works, you'll see it.

Can my competitor get on the card later?

Not while you hold the category. Exclusivity renews automatically with your slot, and you get first right of refusal before the category ever opens up.

I don't have an ad ready.

Send a logo, an offer, and a phone number — we design the ad for $50 and you approve the proof before print.

What if the card doesn't fill?

We never mail a half-empty card. If a drop is postponed, your payment rolls to the next drop or is refunded in full — your choice.

Is your category still open?

Tell us your business and category — you'll get an answer the same day, and if it's open we'll hold it for 48 hours while you look everything over.
